All ticket sales are final.
For all online purchases: please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled Jump Time for check-in.
We are not able to adjust jump-times due to late arrivals.
We are not able to issue refunds for jumpers who do not arrive for their scheduled jump-time.
All events are paid in full at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel your event for any reason (including inclement weather) your deposit is fully refundable with more than 7 days notice.
If you need to cancel your event with less than 7 days notice, Blitz Air Park will reschedule your event for a time within one year of the original date; your original deposit will be applied toward the rescheduled date.
In the event that you need to cancel your event, and cannot reschedule, with less than 7 days notice, your deposit is non-refundable. We are unable to issue refunds for guests that are unable to attend a scheduled event.
Blitz Air Park will make every effort to accommodate our guests during inclement weather events.
For deposits made towards Birthday Parties and other Group Events, please refer to the above policy for weather-related refunds.
Heavy Rain and Thunderstorms - Blitz Air Park will not close due to rain or thunderstorm activity. Our standard refund policy for both Jump Tickets and Group Events/Birthday Parties will apply.
Snow and Ice - Blitz Air Park will remain open during snow and ice events unless directed to close by a member of Management. We monitor storms closely for the safety of our guests and employees. If safe travel is compromised by snow and ice, we will reschedule your event/jump tickets.
Blitz Air Park will inform our guests via Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and our website) if we do not open or if we need to close due to weather. If the park does not open or closes early due to inclement weather, we will refund the cost of any jump tickets or deposits made for the date and time of our closure.
